Brussels on Wednesday 6th March 2013
Cloudy at first but it brightened up towards the end of the morning. Sunny and warm afternoon with some patches of dense high cloud. Light SE to S wind backed NE to ENE mid-afternoon. I notice that the airport reported a change of wind from SE/S to around NE early this morning http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/current/EBBR.html . At Uccle, the change didn't occur until 16.00 local time (15.00 UTC).
