Default Snowy morning in Brussels: serious disruption to traffic

Much snow overnight in Brussels: about 12 cm now in front of my flat. Still snowing steadily in dense small flakes.

-4.2°C at Uccle at 08.00 local time.

Serious disruption to rush hour traffic.
No buses running in the centre of Brussels, inside the inner ring road: 9 bus routes and 2 tram routes completely suspended.
Road tunnels in the centre were all closed at one time, but most are now open again.
Brussels Airport reported to be operating normally.

Trains temporarily at a standstill in the tunnel which links the 3 main stations in Brussels.
