Big difference between the north & south coasts today.

Along Mount's Bay, as far west as Porthcurno, the misty low cloud was very thin allowing spells of warm humid sunshine and a sticky feeling 18C or so. Winds were lighter than yesterday and offshore.

Along the north coast, from Land's End to St Ives Bay sea fog/misty low cloud persisted most of the day, keeping the temperature below 15C.

A terrific day in Dawlish (23C, just down the road in Teignmouth) and on the lower slopes of Dartmoor, where I was hitting golf balls at Finlake (rather better, in the end, than I was expecting to. This practice thing might be useful).
