Yes, so did I. The 10 day video seen at full screen is very interesting.

Cheers, Alastair.

This may be of interest. Report from the "front line", initially about the

island of Kivalina but then touching on Barrow:

"Barrow's residents are predominantly from the Inupiat tribe - they hunt

bowhead whale and seal. But this year has been fraught with problems.

The sea ice started to melt and break up as early as March. Then it

refroze, but it was so thin and unstable the whale and seal hunters were

unable to pull their boats across it. Their hunting season was ruined.

For the first time in decades not a single bowhead whale was caught from

Barrow. One of the town's most experienced whaling captains, Herman

Ahsoak, says the ice used to be 3m (9ft) thick in winter, now it is little

more than a metre."

Stephen.

This summer, despite being thinner than ususal, the ice seems to have

lingered on the coast at Barrow as can be seen from these maps:

Cheers, Alastair.

So this is a new AGW thinner sea ice variety that doesn't melt as fast as the old thicker non AGW sea ice variety.

Are you making this up?

No Larry. You are. As you do. It is the only way to back your silly, far right-wing views.
