I hope it lasts through the Bank Holiday. (First of all, I hope the forecast achieves outcome, for the middle of next week, mind!).
On track to achieve outcome 3 days in, by the 00z gfs and ECM. Possibilities for a decent Bank Holiday Saturday are pretty good ATM, but Sun/Mon is just off my 10-day radar at present.
30C quite possible somewhere in the UK in the middle of next week and it may possibly last until the end of the month. It will cap a really good summer.
