1700z ENE F3-4 25km 4Ci350 13.9/09.8 1008
RMK: The low cloud burned off between 1000z and 1030z.
It then turned into a mostly sunny afternoon with quite a stiff breeze.
Numerous fairly persistent contrails. Max temp 16.6. It's falling
away quite quickly now under the clear sky.
