Default Weatherpictures - Ian Collins - anyone know of whereabouts?

Entry 4.21 of the FAQ has an entry for 'Weatherpictures' provided by Ian Collins.

I have not been able to get any response from the listed site

http://www.weather-pictures.com/

Anyone know of a revised url, or is Ian posting here?

Martin.
