That's quite a record to have beaten Colin.

On his website, Belgian TV weatherman Frank Deboosere has posted a graph showing the dates of the first 20°C day each year in the Uccle record.

http://www.frankdeboosere.be/vragen/vraag200.php

Mean date over the whole period since 1833 when 20°C is first reached is 21st April. This is represented by the horizontal yellow line on the graph.

Yellow dots indicate the first 20°C day each year: you can see the exact date by holding your mouse pointer over the dot.

Red line indicates the 30-year rolling mean. Dates read upwards (March at the bottom and June at the top), so it can be seen that the first spring warm day tended to occur earlier in the year in the 20th Century than in the 19th Century, with a peak tendency to early spring warmth in the middle of the 20th Century.
