Default [WR]Romansleigh, N Devon: 28 Apr 2014 - very heavy showers

28/1915 Z Apr 14: Very heavy showers over the last 2 hours with a total of
16.4 mm (5" gauge). Included 10.0 mm in 35 minutes (1730-1805 Z), of which
5.4 mm fell in 10 minutes (1740-1750 Z) with a max rain rate of 82 mm/hr at
1746 Z, and another 5 mm in 20 minutes to 1855 Z.
