Default (WR) Overnight Lights Show - South Yorkshire

From around 2am for over an hour lightning flashes could be seen widely to the north and east. There was no thunder audable and looking at the sferics and radar at the time these were fairly distant stormes between Selby and S****horpe. These must have been lighting up the tops of the clouds as some of the lightning seen seemed much closer than this.

I slept through it of course, but my wife saw the lightning yet heard no thunder. You'd have thought by now that she'd have learnt to wake me!

Anyway 11.4mm fell between c 0315 and 0700.

So did I for a transitory moment. It's like a shop in Wolverhampton
city centre, it's called La Monde, yet every time I pass it, for a
moment I think it says Lemonade. LOL.
