Default Very warm and sunny this month despite the relatively low pressure

Noting the air pressure this morning (1013.3mb) it struck me how low the pressure has been (the 09z average for July to this morning is 1014.6mb)yet it has been a decent summer month - lots of sunshine, albeit with frequent thunder. The 09z average for last July was 1020.7mb. Is this noteworthy or just run-of-the-mill?
