In fact just discovered in my "Wrong Kind of Snow" book that on the 19th Sept 1926 it was it was 32.2C in Camden! In 1952 -3C (assumed night minimum) in East Anglia - a bit cooler than tonight! I thought I felt bit chilly in my cot that night ;-) Dave |
