Default Rain fizzles out again[WR]

I can't remember a sequence of so many clear cut rain forecasts not making
it through to here. (S.Essex) The heavy rain forecast for yesterday
afternoon turned out to be no more than an hour of light rain followed by
some drizzle.

Very litlle rain here in Penzance either. A little yesterday evening, a
sharp shower around dawn. Most of the day has been sunny and warm with light
winds, and a max of 20.1! A real contrast to the rather depressing forecast.

Whereas here in Cheltenham we got a totally damp grey chilly day will
occasional drizzle, rather than the sunny & warm one we were supposed to
have.
