Default Crap forecast again!

West midlands forecast on Met Office website, fine with the best of the
sunshine to the north west, cloudier at times to the south east.
So far not seen a sunny spell or anything close to it, just dull and
horrible.
Ah well only just over 8 weeks before it starts getting lighter again!
I have to think positive these days to get me through another crappy British
Winter

Hi Graham we drove through Weston Coyney last Weds around noon after some
sunshine in the Midlands. It was peeing down and gloomy with rain, but as
soon as we left the area heading towards Buxton the sun came out.

I now see why you are so miserable sometimes :-)

Is it the geography that causes it to be dull, drizzly or raining most
of the time?

Now you understand why Will, you have to live here to believe it
My Mrs can go to Hanley shopping (only few miles away) and it's glorious
sunshine she get's home and it's dull here.
The times the met office forecast for this area says sunny spells and we
never see one!
Today for instance, forecast on Met Office Site..........sunny spells and
scattered showers spreading from the west.
We saw the showers alright but cloud either side of it what about the sunny
spells???
Managed a pathetic 0.3 hour.
Anyway Dawlish is predicting a big high with warm weather later this, that
will do me

Graham

Even if you do live in the land of fifty shades of gray, you can still look
forward to the storm clouds whipping through over the next few days,
according to the BBC :-)

Cheers, Alastair.
