Sunny and unseasonably warm. Sunshine quite weak in the morning because
of a veil of dense high cloud and haze. Sky much more blue in the
afternoon but with many persistent contrails. Light to moderate S to
SSW wind.

This has been the warmest 31st October at Uccle since the start of
reliable records in 1901, beating the previous date record set in 1925.
