Gales on the tip of Cornwall
It's pouring with rain, conditions not helped by the fact it's travelling horizontally.
Recent Wind Speeds Lands' End, gust of 55mph, mean speed up to 41mph (F8) St Ives, gust of 47kt Scilly @ 16:00 mean speed 45mph, gusting to 60mph. In my part of Penzance, fairly sheltered from the SSW, a good F6 with gusts 40-45mph. Graham Penzance |
