No temperature measurements here but I noticed in the afternoon that
NE-facing roofs were still mostly frost-covered. That's in spite of them being in the sun for much of the day. The roofs have a fairly shallow pitch which, even at this time of year, allows them to be in sunshine into the afternoon, albeit at a quite shallow angle. -- Graham P Davis, Bracknell, Berks.
