Default Friday on Haldon Hill alert

Could there be snow problems at going home time for Haldon Hill (267 m asl) on the A38 in Devon this Friday?
It all looks pretty dodgy to me with that northerly plunge forecast.

Someone may be stranded with their Christmas shopping.
O well they can dig into the Christmas cake early.

Yep have my eye on that one too. I'm at 310m asl so a tad interesting! :-)
Feb 2009, folk stranded all night on Haldon Hill.

Looking interesting as we head towards Christmas, no key signals for
being necessarily mild atm. I picked up on twitter of hints of an SSW
event about the 22nd Dec with some thinking it *may* have a cooling
effect by the 7th Jan 2015. Clutching at straws I am :-)

Snow has already had an impact on social life! Our 'Spirit of Christmas' golf
competition was cancelled today because of snow on the course. Re-scheduled for
next Monday.

He'll certainly be crowing from the rooftops (or the northern hills)
