Does anyone know how to freeze the actuall image as this one was on the 18z shoing low pressure over westernEurope and a high over scandinavia. It's obviously updated,

The only way I know of is to take a copy and put it on your own website,
if you have one. But that would probably be in breach of copyright.
(Though nobody might be too bothered, as a superseded forecast chart
isn't of any value to anyone.)

There is one way but long winded. Take a screen shot and use one of those free image websites and link to that.
