Here in Wembury
Dec 2010 Rain 60.4 mm Mean max 4.6 C Mean min -0.6C Dec 2014 Rain 60.4 mm Mean max 9.7C Mean min 4.8C Rain on both occasions only 50% of 1981-2010 average. But correlation between monthly rainfall and winter temperature is lacking. For dynamical reasons this is all rather obvious but rather nicely shown here. Len Wembury |
