North Wind - failed forecast apology
I would like to apologise for the failure of my recent forecast:
When the North Wind does blow, The internet is aglow. But we won't have snow. Netweather is on fire. The blather index shoots higher. But we won't have snow. The SSW and the MJO Get the coldies on the go. But we won't have snow. The Met Office goes yellow. Cairngorm Summit blizzard they bellow. But we won't have snow. Will Hand is feeling bold. He says "rejoice it will be cold". But we won't have snow. Meanwhile in the East is great gloom. Tis another winter of doom. And we won't have snow. Then the wind swings to the west. Bringing mild gunk that we detest. And we didn't get snow. =================================== Actually we did get snow, a mighty 1cm, so this forecast scores 0%. Not enough for a snowball fight, but the first for nearly 2 years. Brac |
