Still 90% cover above 500 metres and quite deep in places with many patches right down to 350 metres asl. That is after two days of over 10C. But we have had no rain and the snow has gone through numerous freeze/thaw cycles in the past two weeks! Will Arctic Devon eh, Britain's snow covered secret world, known only to you. Bet you were out there tramping the snowy wastes, clad only in shorts, tee shirt and flip flops what a man. Only you could do it, just as well you're there to lead those walkers. -- Reg |
