Sun is out here. Mr Blue Sky and all that. Rather pleasant. 12C and rising Wind west now and only 5 knots. Far more agreeable compared with yesterday's gloom. The sun is out, the sky is blue There's not a cloud, to spoil the view But its.......bah! Sunny here too now the rainless cold front has passed through. Then again, even before there were a few glimpses of the sun but nothing like yesterday's unbroken sunshine. Temperature 11.6C and falling slowly after peaking at 12.8C this afternoon. Still waiting to beat the highest temperature of the year so far with 16.3C on the 9th January. David Braine said yesterday would be the warmest day of the year so far.... not for 'ere. -- Nick Gardner Otter Valley, Devon 20 m amsl http://www.ottervalley.co.uk |
