About two hours worth of time lapse looking west from the house taken
between about 12:15 and 14:15. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...2013.03.15.mp4 Shot at 1 frame/10sec and replayed at 25fps. Lasts 36 seconds. The flickers top left are the birds looking for their feeders which I'd removed, Note the reduction in the area of the snow patches on the hills in the background over the period and the contra-movement of the upper and lower cloud layers. Temperature here was about 11°C. -- Alan White Mozilla Firefox and Forte Agent. By Loch Long, twenty-eight miles NW of Glasgow, Scotland. Webcam and weather:- http://windycroft.co.uk/weather |

Just over three-quarters of the way through what looks like a small patch of something passes from right to left at about eye-level. Was it a patch of smoke or is it a reflection on the window. -- Norman Lynagh Tideswell, Derbyshire 303m a.s.l. http://peakdistrictweather.org |

It's not a reflection on the window because the camera was mounted outside on the bird feeder pole. It could be a reflection between the camera lens and a protective lens I've fitted but it seems to be moving too fast for that. A mystery... -- Alan White Mozilla Firefox and Forte Agent.
