RMK: The fog has a very limited vertical extent and should burn
off quickly.

0900z VRBL01kt 30km 3Ci300 10.8/10.5 1032
RMK: The fog burned off between 0630z and 0700z. It's now fine,
clear and sunny.
09-09z: Tx 16.3 (1630z) Tn 3.9 (0500z) RR nil
18-09z: Tg -0.3 00-24z: Sun 3.7
