Continuous since about 0315z, Became moderate around 0400z and heavy since 0440z with max rate 13 mm/hr. 0900z 05002kt 1200 RADZ BR 8St003 08.6/08.5 993 RMK: That's gone a long way towards making up for the dry April! Heavy rain continued till 0800z. It has been slowly easing since then and is now not much more than slight.
