I realise that the Mail had entirely distorted what the guy at the Met Office had said and fabricated a story round it. What I was getting at was the plethora of stories in recent weeks of meteorological events that El Nino is set to influence in the coming months. I'm surprised that they've found no causal link between a Conservative government and an El Nino event, but I'm sure it won't be long before they do! Bruce |
