I am guessing that any iron and carbon rich strata has a tendency to have damp, overcast, misty weather. I can only guess why this occurs a chicken or eggtype situation that the weather tends to cause such geology.
A break in that sort of weather has brought an F3 or F4 maybe eve a little larger locally. Whatever the facts I shall go over the display produced for the Antarctic storms that forecast them and signal their arrival. I shall collect the charts and place them on my blog as and when. This may go down a treat. Oops! I can't find it, maybe it isn't on general release yet but he has one coming out showing exploding raindrops made with an high speed camera. Look out for it: https://www.youtube.com/user/destinws2 |
