Default The drought has broken

The rains finally came to suburban Essex between 1650and 1730 12mm fell
followed by a decreasing amount of 2.4mm up to 1814 all BST
Two thunder claps at 1715 and 1728....Lovely not to water the b... pots

Short period of heavy rain here but no thunder. Some impressive Cb visible as the front retreated SE.

11mm in Wanstead, Ron. And another 3.7mm overnight to 10am. My June total is now 16.2mm which is 32% of average
