The remnants of frontal cloud giving a gorgeous sky, also excellent visibility, take a look before it changes http://www.scillyman.co.uk/Lowertown_Cam..html - fantastic or what!
Also, the warmest spots in west Cornwall have been right on the coast, quite a build up of cloud inland. So at 14:00, 16C at Culdrose under convective cloud, 19C in Penzance under the spreading margins of the cloud, 20C out on St Martins. Doesn't stop the 'cooler on coasts' forecasting cliche though..
