Default [WR] Fareham - thundery shower/s

Went outside to the car just now, surprisingly it's wet! It was a
light shower and thunder was heard by a neighbour. Only 6/8 cloud
here, though it looks darker down towards Portsmouth way. Perhaps an
omen for what we should expect more of tomorrow and if so, it will
take the edge off the temperature I suspect.

Otherwise, it was a beautiful hot day with a nice breeze and the
temperature peaking at 28.7 deg C. Currently it's 24.7, DP 13.5, RH
50%, pleasantly warm, though I may not feel the same about that at bed
time...

Nothing more than a few light showers has materialised so far, trace
recorded for the day.

Screen temperature here was 23.6 deg C at midnight, insane! Thank
goodness there's still a bit of a breeze (from the NE).

Another so-called moderate shower (according to the rainfall radar)
just passed over. Except that it's nearly all evaporating, just a few
spots made it onto the car, one spot per sq foot, that's all.

And the air temperature is still at 23.6 deg C, no change from
midnight, not good for my imminent beauty sleep!
