With a min of 8.0°C and plenty of moisture around from yesterday's
rain, that's perhaps not surprising.

Fog here Col too. Sky is starting to clear now and sun is breaking through
at 0925.
T +14.6C and Tmin +8.8C. Nice to have single digit overnight mins again!

RMK: Patches of thick cirrus at a relatively low altitude are
approaching from the SW. It may even be lower than I have indicated.
Feeling very warm and rather muggy again. Although it didn't last
very long the coolish weather earlier this morning was much
appreciated :-)
09-09z: Tx 21.3 (1400z) Tn 8.0 (0405z) RR 4.0
18-09z: Tg 5.7 00-24z: Sun 1.9
