I thought they had rain all down the east coast in last nights forecast, or did it not extend as far as Essex?

Nothing in East London - just thick cloud with occasional bright interval. A high of 19.3C - not great but I've had worse days

Forecast down East Coast to Suffolk(ish) but in fairness they said they
were very unsure about it. Moved further South than Kent in the end but
didn't quite get to the meridian.

There was light rain here from 6:25 to 18:40 gmt with a dry spell 8:45 to
9:45 gmt collecting 5.2 mm.

A foul day on the South Devon coast. Rain most of the day in a strong SE wind. Top temp 16C and 15.6 presently. Cool and wet. Great weather for ducks - if you are a duck that likes rain.
