Default BBC Wearher Watchers

Thanks for the feedback guys.

Although, I've posted a brief weather report, my concern is the accuracy of the postings, especially with regards to temperature on a hot sunny day. Stick a thermometer in a silly place & you'll get a silly reading.

I had the chance to lend my 'expertise' to this project. From what I've seen so far I'm glad I was too busy to make it.
Sorry to sound like a killjoy but isn't this kind of thing already being done by Twitter etc.
Why, oh why, are the BBC spending money on silly things like this? Surely the money would be better invested in serious meteorology - what the public want to engage with?

Serious meteorology? A contradiction in terms for the BBC-it's just another branch of entertainment.
