In the shelter of the Otter Valley not much weather happened despite a
few warnings.

A lovely day of prolonged sunshine, unbroken for much of the day and
with the wind dying down this afternoon it was quite pleasant outside. A
good drying day.

Maximum of 8.2C after an overnight minimum of 3.6C.

The highest gust was a rather unremarkable 28 mph at 09:30 this morning
and by mid-afternoon the wind had fallen light.

DP went below freezing with a minimum of -0.5C at 14:10 (RH 56%). The
first sub-zero DP since the 30th April (-0.6C).

Going off chilly tonight - could be the first air frost since the 25th
March (-0.4C).

(19:00), 4.1C, RH 87%, DP 2.3C, 1015 hPa (S), Wind 3 mph WNW.

No air frost in the end but it was close with a minimum of +0.2C (grass
minimum = -1.3C).

Another cloudless day and warmer today with barely a breath of wind.
Already warmer than yesterday.

sharp (for here) -1.6C minimum (grass minimum = -3.5C).

Had to scrape the ice off the car windscreen for the first time in a
very long time. A chore I'd rather not repeat much this winter.

Still, compensation was a sunny day until mid-afternoon and a maximum of
8.8C.

Sunshine levels slowly recovering this month though this November may
still end up the dullest I have ever recorded. Monthly sunshine total
now at 40.3 hours.

Just missed an air frost, minimum 0.8C, the coldest night this autumn by a full 4C. It may well still end up my mildest ever November, if not the 2nd warmest place looks fairly certain. (25 years of records)
