RMK: Dull and grey for much of the day though there were
a few brief intervals of sun in the afternoon. There was
slight rain for most of the morning but dry in the
afternoon. The cloud melted away around sunset and the
sky is now completely clear. Untreated surfaces are
icy already. Most of the lying snow has gone but there are
still patches, especially where it had drifted along the walls.
