New UK date record for December 19
I notice that Gravesend is reporting 16.8C - which smashes the previous date record of 15.5C recorded in Hemsby, Norfolk, in 1993.
In Wanstead the high is 16.3C, probably a date record but 0.2C short of breaking the local record for my area going back to 1959. And it looks like it has run out of steam now |
