RMK: Overcast middle cloud all day. Dry for most of the day but
slight rain started around 1530z and became moderate a few
minutes ago. A raw E-SE breeze set in around midday and has been
slowly strengthening during the afternoon. Max temp 3.6 so far
but it is still creeping up.
