Cloudy start but soon brighter in the morning with sunny intervals, especially from late morning to early afternoon when the cloud was well broken. Increasing and thickening frontal cloud during the afternoon, with a light shower mid-afternoon, but still fairly bright until dusk. Slightly less cold than recently after overnight frost: light SW to WSW wind backed S in the evening.
