Since the thundery rain during the evening of the 9th there has been no measurable rain in Penzance. The rain further east consistently petering out as it came westward.
However, there has been a good deal of cloud. This resulted in a maximum of 17.0C yesterday. Much cooler on parts of the north coast which was, for the 3rd consecutive day, plagued by sea fog. No such trouble this morning. http://www.sennen-cove.com/harbourcam.htm Clear blue sky and temperature currently (09:00) 15.8C after an overnight minimum of 11.2C. How warm it gets depends on the sea breeze Graham Penzance |
