Default Warm air advection

Despite an almost entirely cloudy day with 4.6 mm of rain, the temperature has risen to 19.2°C at 1800 BST.
The BBC TV forecast as usual gave a high of 16°C for this location.
It was going to be cooler according to that forecast.
Will they ever learn?

Was expecting 19C under cloud here, Len. But hours of sun pushed it just over 25C. I don't mind when they get wrong in this way.
