RMK: Something of a repeat of yesterday. There's been steady
drizzle since about 0600z. It's not particularly heavy but
it's very wetting and decidedly unpleasant. The models don't
seem to handle this orographically induced precipitation at
all well.

18-09z: Tg 10.1 00-24z: Sun 0.9

RMK: Drizzle continued till about 1200z. Dry after that but
the low overcast persisted through much of the afternoon.
The cloud broke in late afternoon and we now have a lot of
clear sky just as the sun is going down. Max temp 19.9 and
it has become very muggy during the latter part of the
afternoon.
