Default The Endless Summer

Another belter of a day here in Rochester, Kent. Sunny, warm all day. Even yesterday which was forecast to be rubbish was actually cloudy but fairly warm most of the day with only a short spell of light rain in the early evening. This summer (in this area at least) feels as good as 2003, 2006 and 2013.
No jackets needed here since mid/late June after we got rid of the chilly easterlies.
I remember well 1 October 2011 when Gravesend (just up the road) hit 29deg.
Happy days. Long may it continue.

Gerard,
Rochester,
Kent.

Looking very zonal following this weeks plume and warmth in the SE, however, Gerard. I've forecast zonal conditions on the 17th (from a forecast on the 7th) and I'm likely to be forecasting zonal conditions on the 22nd, if this morning's model agreement holds.

To whom it may concern: I don't always bother making forecast but I do like to tease Stooopid -all in good fun. The thing is that I have told you all how to do it and it has all been a waste of time except for the pleasure of belittling a wet sheep. I know I shouldn't and I know it must be painful for his friends and family (unless they despise him like the rest of us do. Which wouldn't surprise me.)
And I am going to regret it when god comes calling. But feck it for now, it is funny!
