Here is some animation from NASA depicting how the Arctic has been
losing its old ice. On the first chart, grab the green handle and slide it across the map to compare 1984 with 2016. The second one is an animation from 1984 to 2016 at time of minimum extent. Third one is for the same period but shows changes throughout the years. This one also comes with a commentary. http://www.nasa.gov/feature/goddard/...arming-summers -- Graham P Davis, Bracknell, Berks.
