A dull, raw and damp day. Light snow for about an hour from 09.15 local time, then just the odd flake now and again: settled on roofs and vegetation, but soon thawed. Another spell of light wet snow, eventually turning to slight sleet and drizzle, for an hour or so after 14.00: temperature just above freezing, so ground just wet. Dry but misty this evening. Light NE wind.

6th day in succession without sunshine in Brussels. Air pollution at warning level for fine particulates.
