And it's only going to get worse, moderate rain here. Looks like quite a wet 24hrs or so for NW England, you might possibly miss the worst of it. -- Col Bolton, Lancashire 160m asl Snow videos: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3QvmL4UWBmHFMKWiwYm_gg |

After our burst of springtime on Wednesday it's back to the grim stuff today. Slight rain here now and, as you say, it's only going to get worse. The breeze is not at all pleasant. -- Norman Lynagh Tideswell, Derbyshire 303m a.s.l. http://peakdistrictweather.org Twitter: @TideswellWeathr |

Ironically I missed out on most of the spring warmth because I was in Dubai earlier this week where it was in the low 30s. Flew back on Wednesday morning and it was obvious that it was a gorgeous day down there. So all I really got to see of this first proper taste of spring was Wednesday afternoon. Did you only get one decent day? -- Col Bolton, Lancashire 160m asl Snow videos: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3QvmL4UWBmHFMKWiwYm_gg |
