I don't seem to recall any mention of fog on the forecasts yesterday, yet here at Southend-on-Sea it has been so since about 10pm yesterday and still quite thick. The Met Office local forecast online shows sun here all day.

Don't recall seeing a forecast yesterday but at about 0615 this morning, Carol mentioned sea fog in the Channel. -- Graham P Davis, Bracknell, Berks.
