Took the dog down to the stream this afternoon, to be met by almost
white-out conditions. Not snow, but the hawthorn bushes shedding their
blossom. Beautiful sight with large areas of the grass completely
covered with white petals, and a white haze falling from the branches.

Makes a change not to have a real white Easter, though listening to the
forecast tonight, there may still be some of the dreaded white stuff to
come. Appears it will be cold enough next weekend.
