I've seen photos this morning from Scarborough and our old home in Langtoft with a pretty decent cover of snow this morning
(See http://www.eastyorkshire.co.uk/eddsfield/ under weather trends). This was the perfect winter scenario for us with a Northerly and continuous snow showers moving in a line down the coast. The East coast version of the Pembroke dangler. Would easily give 6/8 inches in a day and build up over 2 or 3 days. Here in France, still cold with persistent light snow and fog overnight and this morning, but only an additional cm or so, but something more substantial due this evening. DM. 740m. La Moratille. Correze. France. |
