Broad band of cloud associated with a weak warm front from western Scotland
to the Irish Sea and NW England. Clear and sunny over most of central,
eastern and southern England except the far SW. North Sea cloud over the
Netherlands and much of Belgium but a clearance is moving into western
Belgium from the NW.
